The Carpenter’s Arms

Facebook Social Media Management Case Study

The Carpenter’s Arms is a family run pub/restaurant in Norfolk which has a strong community of local users. As these customers generally fit the demographic of older adults, the owner’s choice to market their business on Facebook was a good fit. However, their predominantly text-based posts were not receiving desirable levels of engagement, usually around 3-4 likes and sometime a share. So, they tasked Beth with producing content which would heighten engagement with their current users and, in turn, bring in new business.

Priority 1 - Engage with existing customers and keep them up-to-date

Priority 2 - Increase brand awareness and convert viewers into consumers
